Introduced in 2000, Honda Stream filled a unique niche as a sport-wagon relative of the Japanese-market Civic, bridging hatchback agility with seven-seat MPV versatility.
Design & Concept
Designed on the same platform as the contemporary Civic, the Stream carried the fourth-generation family look through a sleek, drawn-back roofline. At 4 570 mm long and 1 695 mm wide, it sat low compared with conventional MPVs, using rear-seat stowage tricks to squeeze in third-row accommodation without the bulky footprint.
2020 Line-up & Succession
Production wound down after two generations (2000–2006, 2004–2014). The model skipped an immediate replacement, leaving the segment quiet until Honda launched the China-focused Jade in 2015.
