History
Ferrari produced the 212 Export for only two model years, 1951–1952, positioning it explicitly for foreign markets that demanded road-legal cars capable of serious competition. Though production numbers were small even by 1950s Ferrari standards, it quickly became one of the marque’s principal competition models of the period.
