BMW 2 Series Active Tourer

F45 UKL2-ის გვერდით დგას: 4 342 × 1 800 × 1 555 mm — ცენტრისთვის ჩხრიალა მაგრამ მაღალი სავარძლითა და მოქნილი სალონით. მაღალი მინები და მოკრძალებული წინა-უკანა კანკები შიგნით მოცულობას ინებენ, ვიდრე სპორტული პროპორციების ანგარიშს.
2 Series Gran Tourer
ერთი წლის შემდეგ 2 Series Gran Tourer (F46) წამოიყვანეს — შვიდადგილიანი, სამრიგიანი სქემით. დიდი „თვლარი“ 2021-ში შეწყვიტეს, პატარა Active Tourer კი დარჩა რიგის ერთადერთ წევრად.

BMW ventured into compact MPVs in 2014 with the launch of the 2 Series Active Tourer, its first front-wheel-drive model with a two-row layout. Sharing its UKL2 architecture with the Mini Countryman, the F45 brought premium features to the subcompact multi-purpose segment.
Origins & Positioning
The 2 Series Active Tourer was unveiled as the production version of the 2012 BMW Concept Active Tourer. Slotting into the newly formed 2 Series range, it signalled BMW’s expansion beyond traditional saloons and coupés, aiming to capture buyers seeking space and versatility without leaving the premium fold.
Design & Size
The F45 rides on the UKL2 platform and measures 4,342 mm long, 1,800 mm wide and 1,555 mm tall—compact dimensions for city driving yet still offering a raised seating position and a flexible two-row cabin. Tall glass areas and short overhangs create a practical silhouette that prioritises interior volume over sporty proportions.
2 Series Gran Tourer
Introduced one year later, the 2 Series Gran Tourer (F46) stretched the formula into a three-row, seven-seat format. Production of the larger Gran Tourer ceased in 2021, after which the shorter Active Tourer continued alone as the sole member of the line-up.
