LADA Kalina
2004 წლის ნოემბრიდან 2018 წლის ივლისამდე — 14 წლიანი გზა. LADA Kalina ავტოვაზის მეოთხე თაობის კომპაქტი იყო, რომელიც მოცელილი VAZ-2103-ს ჩაუნაცვლა და ბრძოლაში კვლავ შენარჩუნდა.
რამდენ ხანს იწარმოა და როგორ ეძახდნენ
ტოლიატის ქარხანაში 2004 წლის 18 ნოემბრიდან 2018 წლის ივლისამდე გაატარა. საქართველოშიც კი იხილა ქუჩები — გარკვეული ეგზემპლარები ჩვენთანაც მოხვდა. ჩრდილოეთის ბაზრებში კი LADA 117/119 სახელით გაიყიდა — კალინა რუსულად კი ლამაზია, ფინელების ხვრელით ამოსვლას იოლი არ ჰქონდა.
დიზაინი და ზომები
ავტოვაზმა ახალი პატარა პლათფორმა შექმნა, რაზეც 3-დრნიანი და 5-დრნიანი ორივე კარად კუზოვები იდგებოდნენ. 1700 მმ სიგანე დღესაც მისაღებია — ვინც 2100 სერიას უჯერებდა, Kalina-ში გადმოსვლა კომფორტული შუქჩვენება იყო.
რა დარჩა
საბჭოური 2103-დან გერნტამდე — Kalina-ს ევოლუციური ხიდი გახლდათ. წარმოება რომ გაჩერდა, პლათფორმა და ზოგი კონვეიერი პირდაპირ LADA Granta-ზე გადაიყვანეს — ბიუჯეტური მოდელი კანიბალურად გამოიყენეს, კარგად მომუშავე "დონატებით".

Spanning a 14-year production run from 2004 to 2018, the LADA Kalina was AvtoVAZ’s fourth-generation supermini and the long-awaited replacement for the ageing VAZ-2103 Sedan.
Production span & market names
Produced at Togliatti from 18 November 2004 to July 2018, Kalina rolled out extensively across Russia and the CIS states. In Nordic markets it was sold simply as the LADA 117/119, trimming the Slavic name for easier pronunciation.
Design & dimensions
Built on AvtoVAZ’s new small-car architecture, the Kalina came in compact three- and five-door shapes. Its scaled-down footprint still delivered practical space: 1700 mm overall width gives today’s context for owners upgrading from the older 2100-series.
Legacy
Positioned between the Soviet-era 2103 and the later LADA Granta, Kalina bridged the gap from legacy VAZ designs to modern budget cars. After Ceased production, its tooling and platform elements were cannibalised for the more cost-effective Granta line.
