Chrysler introduced the Executive as a factory-built limousine derived from its mid-size K-Car platform, intended for users who needed extended rear passenger space without resorting to aftermarket coachwork. Its positioning targeted executive transport and upscale fleets rather than retail buyers.
Dimensions & Styling
At 1740 mm wide and just 1346 mm tall, the Executive kept a relatively low roofline for a parade car, preserving sleek proportions amid its extended wheelbase and three-side glass partition. Chrome beltline trim and formal rear styling visually separated it from regular Chrysler sedans.
Legacy
The Executive remained in limited production for only a few years before fading as demand shifted toward more modern luxury sedans and SUVs. Today, surviving examples serve as low-volume curiosities at classic-car events and limousine enthusiast meets.
