Hyundai’s first high-performance electric crossover, the Ioniq 5 N stretches 4 715 mm of aggressive bodywork over an E-GMP platform tuned for track duty.
Performance Architecture
Compared with the standard Ioniq 5, the N gains a dual-motor e-AWD system delivering bursts up to 478 kW (650 PS) in N Grin Boost mode, plus electronically-controlled limited-slip differential and exclusive battery pre-conditioning for repeated launch runs.
Design & Dimensions
Flared wheel arches push overall width to 1 940 mm, while the 1 585 mm roofline keeps a low crossover stance. Unique 21-inch forged wheels, N-branded aero blades and wider tracks signal the car’s performance intent without forfeiting the retro-pixel lighting signature.
Track-Focused Features
A new N e-shift simulates eight gear ratios complete with jolt and sound, and N Active Sound+ pipes three selectable exhaust profiles through the speakers. Torque Kick Drift mode lets drivers send up to 100 % of rear torque for sustained slides, all monitored by a dedicated thermal management system.
Legacy & Market Position
