BYD Xia

ჩარჩო და ზომები
5145 მმ სიგრძე და 1970 მმ სიგანე — ძალიან დიდია მინივენი, მაგრამ საკედლი მაინც არ ელის მიკრომარიაჟის ზომებს. ზედა სიმაღლე 1805 მმ-მა კი გაჭერა კიდევ მოუმატა და ქვედა გარაჟში ჩადის უაღრესად მარტივად. სამი ნაწილიანი სალონი აადგილებს მარტივად 3 ბავშვს ერთად და გაბრტყელებული იარაღი არ გაყოფ-იყოფა რუსულ სტენდად.
ექსპორტი და სახელწოდება
საზღვარგარეთ BYD-მ ერთი და იგივე მინივენი M9 ან eMax 9 სახელით გაიტანს. ჩინური სახელი უცხოეთში სწრაფად „X-ია - შუა“-დაც აივიკდება, ამიტომ Atto 3-ის მეთოდიც აქაც შეერიეს: ბაზარზე გასაყიდად მოკლე, მოსახსენებელი. სახელის ცვლილება მომხმარებელს სირთულეს არ აჩუქებს — ინდუისტური სინდრომი წვენში არ ექნებათ.

Introduced for the 2024 model year, the BYD Xia is a full-size plug-in hybrid minivan that broadens BYD’s Dynasty Series with a direct nod to China’s first recorded dynasty. Its blend of long-wheelbase practicality and hybrid efficiency makes it the family flagship for BYD’s Dynasty Network dealerships inside China, while export markets will see it rebadged as the BYD M9 or eMax 9.
Heritage & Naming
BYD chose the name Xia—after the Xia dynasty, circa 2100–1600 BCE—to anchor the van in its Dynasty Series lineage alongside models like the Han and Tang. Extending the cultural branding to a people-mover signals BYD’s intent to project national heritage even in utilitarian segments.
Body & Dimensions
At 5145 mm long and 1970 mm wide, the Xia straddles the boundary between large minivan and compact commercial van, while the 1805 mm roof height preserves clearance for underground garages. The proportions accommodate a traditional three-row layout without sliding into full-size-MPV bulk.
Export Positioning
To bypass linguistic or historical unfamiliarity abroad, BYD will sell the same vehicle as the BYD M9 or eMax 9 in overseas markets. This dual-name strategy—already seen with the Atto 3—lets BYD maintain the Xia identity in its home market while keeping global model names short and memorable.
