Toyota Platz

History
The Toyota Platz was manufactured from 1999 to 2005, replacing the Toyota Paseo in Japan. It was later succeeded by the Toyota Belta.
Design and Variants
The Platz, designated as the XP10 series, is related to the Japanese market Vitz hatchback. In export markets, it was sold as the Toyota Yaris or Toyota Echo, names also used for the Vitz hatchback. The Platz has dimensions of 1660mm in width and 1500mm in height.

In Japan, the Platz was available at Toyopet Store and Netz Toyota Store dealerships. It was also sold in various export markets under different names.
