History
The Toyota Premio replaced the Toyota Corona and was sold in Japan from 2001 to 2021. It was not widely exported, with exceptions including New Zealand, Singapore, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

Legacy
The Premio and Allion were effectively succeeded by the E210 Corolla in the Japanese market, introduced in 2018, in terms of size and pricing.
