Introduced in 1893, the Peugeot Type 8 was a four-seater runabout that followed the Peugeot Type 7, bringing some mechanical changes while retaining its engine. Produced until 1896, it was later succeeded by the Peugeot Type 21. Its production period marked an early stage in Peugeot's history as an automobile manufacturer.
