Introduced in 1912, the Oldsmobile Series 40 was an entry-level passenger car produced by General Motors' Oldsmobile division, continuing until at least 1913. Initially manufactured at Lansing Car Assembly in Lansing, Michigan, it was the base model of three Oldsmobile platforms. The Series 40 shared its platform with the Buick Model 10.
